Jay-Z addresses ‘false and heinous’ claim of assaulting 13-year-old girl with Diddy

Jay-Z has strongly refuted a lawyer’s ‘idiotic claims’ that he and Diddy raped a 13-year-old girl.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is currently in jail awaiting trial, scheduled for May 5 next year, following an indictment by a grand jury. He was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan in September.

He faces charges of racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, which he has denied. A 14-page federal indictment alleges that the rapper organized events called ‘freak offs’.

The indictment claims that Combs and others in his circle used his influence at the Combs Business to intimidate and deceive female victims into his orbit under the guise of romantic relationships.

With help from members and associates, the document asserts that Combs ‘transported commercial sex workers across state lines and internationally’ and coerced victims into sex acts with male commercial sex workers, referred to as ‘freak offs’.

A federal lawsuit that initially only involved Combs was recently amended in New York to include Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter.

Jay-Z has publicly denied all allegations.

In his public statement, Jay-Z said: “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee.

“What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.

“No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!

“These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!!”

He further described how damaging these claims are to his reputation and his family, especially since one of his daughters is old enough that her friends may read the news and see the allegations against him.

Jay-Z concluded: “You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games.

“We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain.

“Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.

“I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”

Tony Buzbee responded on Twitter, stating that his client did not ask for money.

His response concluded: “As far as the allegations in the complaint filed, we will let the filing speak for itself and will litigate the facts in court, not in the media.”
